I had placed an order of allergy health products for my son back in Oct. 2012 and never received my merchandise.

I then contacted the customer services, and they had asked that I would fill out the claim form. I did exactly as what they had instructed and mailed back the form attention to Sales. I even emailed the filled claim form to customer services just in case, and have NEVER heard from them again. I had communicated with them for over 4 months.

Consequently, THEY IGNORE ME! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

ordered from them thru Amazon. Description in their ad is different from what we received.

wrestling with them for return paid shipping container and refund.

they try blame amazon, but I'd say Amazon can only post what seller gives them (?). We've used Amazon for years, this is first seller we've had such a problem.
